* Now we get to the popular calorie counting diets. If you ask me it's a starvation diet. When you deprive your body of enough calories, it sends a message to your brain that you are starving. Your body then turns on itself and starts eating away at your muscles, as it goes into survival mode. Then as soon as you begin to eat normally again, this causes your body to explode with even more weight then before.

1. All our bodies are capable of burning calaries.
