Certain rules to follow to put yourself in the best position to win.
Rules for Winners Part I
By Eric Fields
1. Be Picky- Winners do not just settle for anything. Winners take only the very best life has to offer. Average people settle for what life gives them. Winners do their best to make sure life gives them what they want. Never settle for second best.
2. Know what you want- Winners know what they want in life. You cannot hit your target if you do not know what you are aiming for. What do you really want to get out of life? A loving family, successful career, or anything else. Decide on what you really want in life and go for it.
3. Let other people help you- You can't do it all alone, you will need as much help as you can get. Find the right people and let them help you. People are your greatest resource, use your resources wisely. Burning relationships is not the way to go. No matter who you are dealing with, they always know something that can help you.
4. Develop a plan- Have a plan. Just don't fire from the hip. Without a plan you are doomed. Once you have a plan stick with it but also be willing to change if necessary. With a p
08an in place you will feel more confident and establish more of a belief system.
5. Pay the Price- Whatever you wish to win at, you must pay the price. The price could be anything, depending on what you want. Maybe you want to be a professional bodybuilder, the price would then be working out in the gym for hours. I hope you are getting the picture. Find out what it is going to cost you and pay it.
6. Choose the right time- Timing is everything. Bad timing will destroy you. Remember the story of the Tortoise and the Hare. The hare waited until the last minute and lost to the tortoise. You may have tons of talent but bad timing sometimes cannot be overcome.
