An Idea Whose Time Has Come

To assist readers to think in terms of cooperation and find strength in numbers. To provide a system and a strategy to succeed

Let's call him Jim and call her Jane. Two people sitting in

front of their computer.

She is here, he is there.

Each has the feeling of being left to one's own devices.

Out there in Cyberspace are millions and millions of Jims and
Janes.

All of them wish to get connected with others.

We know that what Jim here, and Jane there, are really wishing

for, is - without calling it as such - to be part of an
alliance.

Not just any alliance, but The Alliance For Prosperity.

But right now they are not really sure whether they are connected as

two freight train box cars are safely connected by a coupler.

Jim writes an email and hopes his message will not only touch

and get into the Inbox of the person he is addressing. He hopes that

his message will be read and responded to.

Jane is getting an email in her Inbox and wonders:

"Should I open this up and read it?"

"Will this email help me in my online business?"

"Should I keep on believing that I can build a business that

will support me financially?"

We all know what they are talking about.

It is a fact that we are millions in number, spread across

the country, and across continents, across all of Cyberspace.

The problem is, we are positioned one at a time, just somewhere.

If only we could all be connected with tens, thousands, millions

of all those in Cyberspace.

If only we could form one huge human chain, by holding hands

with those beside us.

What we are really talking about is The ALLIANCE FOR PROSPERITY.

This is the idea whose time has come.

The idea has been around for a long time.

Because people were in an Alliance For Prosperity without calling

it thus.

The root of Alliance is the Latin term ligare, a verb that means to

bind. People in an alliance bind themselves together for mutual

work and responsibility, and ultimately for mutual benefits.

After WWII, a flood of immigrants came to North America to find

a secure place to start all over again building a life together as a family.

One such family arrived on new shores. Father, mother, four sons and a daughter.

They were trained trades people back home in Europe.

Now they are forming as a family their Alliance For Prosperity.

Dad had been trained as a building contractor. His wife had skills

as a bookkeeper. Their sons were 18, 20, 22, and 24 years old.

The boys were also each a trades person, either in training, or

already certified to be accredited.

The immigrant family's Alliance For Prosperity had an electrician,

a bricklayer, a plumber, and a carpenter, supervised by Dad,

the Building Contractor.

The daughter, 23, was trained as a cook. She came in handy supplying

her Dad and her brothers with meals while they were working on their

project.

The project?

You guessed it. They were building the first of six houses.

Their Alliance for Prosperity was funded by pooling their earnings

from their day jobs. In those times, building lots were easily

bought at a fair price.

The first house took them 2 years to complete.

The second house took them 18 months to complete.

After that the remaining four houses were built in four years.

Seven and a half years after their arrival, the five children

were all married and had kids of their own, all safely tucked

away in their bedrooms that their Alliance for Prosperity had

made possible.

In our next article, we shall apply the idea of the

Alliance For Prosperity to networking online and offline.

Until then, "The Best To You Each Day", while you might wish

there would be an Alliance For Prosperity for you to be part of!
