What I Learned From Stephen Pierce On Achieving Internet Marketing Success |

What I learned from Stephen Pierce on achieving internet marketing success at his workshop on 30 November 2006 at the Sheraton Hotel in Singapore. It was really nothing new to me because that is what I am applying in my martial arts and network marketing business. It is Focus, Consistency and Patience! But I know many people are not practising it!
I get coaching from Stephen Pierce and I am very impressed by his sincerity and the way he keeps his teaching simple and the follow up sessions he provides which is very important in a coaching program!
In martial arts you have to master the basics before you can advance further and that is why you need to stay focussed and be consistent in your efforts and of course, you need lots of patience because you will be tested by the master!
Is your "cup" full? I was very fortunate to be given the opportunity to learn Jun Fan Jeet Kune Do from my Sifu, Taky Kimura, in Seattle in 1981. I was glad he told me, "Your cup is not full" which meant I was teachable! Your "cup" must have some room for the master to pour his knowledge. Many internet marketers made this mistake of thinking that they do not have to learn the basics! They want to walk before they learn how to crawl!
Stephen Pierce advised us to stick to one project and consistently put in the time and effort to make it work and there are bound to be some hiccups along the way and that is why you need patience! You don't just give up half way and never give the project enough time for it to get results. He said: "Do your part and the process will take care of it." He emphasized that our perception or thinking plays a very important part in achieving success.
For example, if you plant a seed, you don't expect the seed to bear fruits in a week or two, it may take six months or a year, depending on the kind of seed you have planted. In martial arts there are certain techniques or moves that may take a year or two to master!
I always take the opportunity to learn from internet marketing gurus and this year I invested over $10,000 doing just that! To be successful, learn from those who are successful. I totally agree with Stephen Pierce that Focus, Consistency and Patience are the important ingredients to achieve success.
Take baby steps first, look for simple turnkey system that you can start off easily and earn as you learn!
