I have a little bit of acne scars and i really dont know how to get rid of them. Anybody have an effective way to get em off my face?
My skin is pretty sensitive It gets dry if I don’t use the right face wash but my acne scars I really hate!!!!! Idk how to get rid of them! I’ve heard about the laser my dad got it I honestly didnt see a difference. I’ve tried proactive but it dries up my skin as well.

Im a 15 y/o guy and i have moderate acne (mostly small black heads up and down my nose and zits on my cheaks) Nothing seems to work for me. I tried Epiduo and some thing my doctor prescribed but nothing works. My mom also takes me to go get facials(dont judge im not proud of it) I tried to use oil of oregano on a cotton ball but it burns and when i say burn i mean BURN its like i have fire on my face. But it seems to work because my acne cleared up with it. How do i apply the oregano without the insane burning?

Hey guys! I have some red spots like around my nose, chin, forehead etc. from past acne. The redness isn’t that bad, I don’t have a lot of acne, just the occasional pimple but after its gone there are red spots. I tried concealer and other makeups to cover them but they don’t really work. Do you guys have any remodels, products, tips on how to reduce the redness or cover it?

So I finished Accutane in April I believe and I’m wanting to get rid of the scars now. Is it true that you have to wait a whole year after completing Accutane before you can get professional treatment for them? Any good home remedies or anything? how do i get rid of my acne?
I have tried everything, professional prescriptions, antibiotics, face creams, over the counter crap, lemon juice, aspirin, baking soda, proactive etc. What else can I do? I’m like 20, fought a long battle with hideous acne and now have constant marks to remind me, I feel disgusting and I can’t stand to leave the house or pass a mirror. I literally never shop or go out because at the malls I know there are hundreds of mirrors and windows for me to see my reflection in. It’s ruining my life, because I feel like the first thing people look at if your face and I definitely see them staring at all the marks on my face.

I have acne (mild/moderate) but it had gotten a lot better. Now it is mostly acne marks (flat red spots on my cheeks near my nose and my nose has some to so its kind of red lol, and on my forehead), plus a couple pimples on my chin and forehead.
Recently though, i tried a new product for acne (100% natural, it’s Burt’s Bees product) and it caused a breakout. Now I have much more pimples near my chin and mouth, plus I have some on my cheeks where there used to only be sometimes visible acne marks. I also got some more on my forehead too. Lastly, my face is pretty red, constantly ( my skin isn’t dry though).

Ok, so I’ve had mild-severe bodily acne for about a year. I have hyper pigmentation on my back from squeezing, but they are going away with Neutrogena’s grapefruit wash. I have some dark acne scarring on my legs that is a bit on the red/brown colour. And I’ve had it for a year now, I got these form pimples/ acne and I only discovered the lemon juice, cucumber and avocado and of course olive oil techniques and I’m using all of them once a day if I get a chance, but I was wondering how long does it take for these marks to fade, they’re quiet dark and my skin is pretty pale.

I researched it a little and the scars I get are just called red acne scars. The texture of my skin is still flat and smooth but after a pimple goes away the red color of it is still there, like a stain. It scars and doesn’t go away. I have many of these on my face and even if I have nice skin and no acne, it looks like I do because of all the scars from previous pimples that have showed up occassionally. Which is terrible because my skin is actually pretty healthy and usually prone to pimples. I hate looking like I have acne when I don’t. If anyone has had the same problems, how did you get rid of your scars?
I have reddish acne on my forehead and the sides of my nose/upper cheeks. The acne on my forehead hurts really bad if i press gently. I have tried using a Dermatalogica gel every night with salicylic acid for about two months but it didn’t work. I also tried a Dermatalogica face wash for four months that also had salicylic acid. Both worked for a very short amount of time, but they wore off and my acne came back. I ALSO tried the Murad concealer stick because it supposedly helps pimples disappear, but it didn’t do anything at all. My school starts in 10 days and I really need something to get rid of this acne before the first day! Anything natural OR non-natural is fine… I just need something quick. Also, my skin is sort of sensitive– all I use is a gentle face wash and an oil control face cream right now..
I would really like a solution that will make most (or all!) of my acne disappear in 10-11 days at the most.

So in about a month homecoming is coming up, and I really want to go, but my back is sooo gross with acne. All my friends want me to go but I don’t want people to see my back. Recently i have developed some really bad acne spots on both sides of my face on my cheeks. They are a really small patch of reddish spots clumped together and am sure over time it’s steadily getting worse. I have been to the doctor and he prescribed me hydrocortisone and i took that for about two weeks and no joy and then recently he prescribedme some antibiotics and they still haven’t gone. My doctor is telling me there really isn’t anything else he can give me and that i should let it go away naturally. Surely there must be something i can do? Any advice would be greatly appreciated:-)

Ok, so I just got a MacBook Air, and it’s great. However, my hands are oily.. I type on my Air (obviously) and touch it to open it, and the keyboard and screen gets my fingerprints all over it. So, every few days, I have to wipe down my keyboard. I touch my face a lot so this causes me acne. It’s really bothering me. If I can get rid of my oily hands, I can get rid of a lot of the acne and get rid of the oily keyboard. I know this is kind of weird, but any ideas of how to get rid of oily hands/finger tips?

i’ve spent the past couple years struggling with bad acne and now that its finally gone and my skin is smooth, i have tons of pesky red acne scars all over. How can I get rid of acne scars and big pores. I have a couple huge acne scars on my face, with huge pores around it.

i’ve spent the past couple years struggling with bad acne and now that its finally gone and my skin is smooth, i have tons of pesky red acne scars all over. I’m going to ask my dermatologist too but does anybody have any tips? Now that i dont have acne, it really sucks to be reminded that i used too.

For the past a year and a half I’ve been suffering with cystic acne. It got so bad that I went to a skin specialist and she prescribed me with Accutane.
The acne itself isn’t a problem, they’re all gone now — It’s just that they leave red marks after healing. My doctor prescribed me with Differin 0.1 % gel but honestly , they dont make much of a difference.
So what can I apply or do to diminish the marks ? My skin itself is smooth , it’s just the red marks.

I eat as healthy as I can, drink a lot of water, wash my face 2 time a day, I don’t use makeup, my hair is kept away from my face 24/7 but I still have acne on my face. It is like small dots that one disappear. I do get frustrated and depressed most of the time, but I try to relax and keep my mood up. I do get enough sleep, and I have tried toothpaste. Doesn’t seems to work anymore. Any tips?
I have a bunch on my forehead and two new ones on my cheek … My mom told me this weird trick : When you wake up in the middle of the night , applies spit on your pimples . Do that every night and they will begin to disappear … I have only tried it one night and it flattened quite a bit … Anyways …. Im starting school in about 5 days. I have really broken majoryl bad. Theres atleast 20+ all over my face. I usually wash with dove soap to get rid of oils from waking up then again with clearsil acne wash and i put on Clean an dclear moisterizer. I drink plenty of water especially recently. Hi im 16 years old from the uk and got severe acne on my shoulders. I have had acne since around 9 years old and over the years tried numerous treatments. I have finally found a skin routine which works for my face using st ives apricot scrub, tea tree face wash and aloe vera gel and although i still get the odd spot i have had a 100% improvement. I have tried using the same routine on my back but it just doesnt improve it at all. I have tried all the gel/creams benzol peroxide,differing ect. but they didnt even dry my skin out never mind clear up my acne, i have also tried several types od birth control, tetracycline (caused side effects) and just seeing if it would clear up on its own but nothing has worked. I dont want to try accutane as the side effects are too severe for me as i am very prone to side effects of medication due to another illness CFS/ME. Does anyone have any sugestions?

So, this coming Saturday is my first homecoming, and as you can tell from the title, I have back acne that NEEDS to go away. /: I’m willing to try anything. Right now, I’ve been putting rubbing alcohol on my back before I go to bed, and I use the St. Ive’s aprocot scrub, but nothing really is working. I have had acne red marks for years, I have even tried Neutrogena’s post acne mark medicine, but it did not clear it up. I know acne marks are a part of the healing process, but it has been years! I have very light skin, does that have something to do with it? I would appreciate a product that works or any home remedies. Also I get a few pimples, not major acne, but it is a nuisance. To get rid of them, I have used many acne products. Some brands include Neutrogena, Clean&Clear, and Panoxyl. I even told doctor about acne and she prescribed me an expensive cream that did nothing but cause me to break out more instead of clearing up my skin. She also gave me a cetaphil sample it made me break out. All of these products only give me new pimples instead of clearing any up. I try a new product for about a week or two and they don’t seem to work so I quit using them. Why are the cleansing products and acne removing products only causing breakouts instead of clearing skin? Is this normal? Should I keep using the product even if it does this because it is part of the process? How long do products take in order to work? Perhaps I use them for too short of time. I had many of these questions for years and would very much appreciate an answer.

the reason i am using those homemade ingredients is because i heard baking soda and lemon juice are good for lightening scarring, sugar is just a natural exfoliant, honey is good for brightening and cinnamon is good against swelling…so far none of caused me to break out but I’ve only been doing this for a week or 2 so i don’t see any results as far as reducing the scarring

I am between the ages of 11-14 and I am a guy. I have brown spots all over my face, and the very few pimples I DO have are big and they won’t go away. I have tried maximum strength acne treatment cream from Rite Aid and ARTRA Original Formula Skin tone cream with antioxidant vitamins. It says it fights skin aging plus uva and uvb sunscreens and aloe vera. I was my face with soap, I dont strees much, i dont touch my face much, i do sweat and im in the sun for a little while. but everyday it gets worse and worse. I drink water too. Any luck to helping me get rid of this stuff really soon? Cmon please I gotta ask Aleya out tomorrow

I have severe acne i guess, my acne has improved alot form BenzaClin, but i have to put alot of moisteriser on because it dires out my skin so bad. I use to have huge pimples, zits, and blemishes(during the summer). I popped all of them one by one, and now I’m pimple/zit/blemish-free. Problem is, they left behind a light trace shadow-like thing. Like an imprint, you know? And they’re not really all that noticable, but still. It’s the only thing that’s holding my face back from being flawless, and it really bugs me. I hate having to use CoverGirl every morning (and trust me, I HATE any kind of make-up). Suggestions and/or help?!

I am 31 year old Indian woman. I have acne on both forearms. I read somewhere on internet about causes of acne on forearms in which it was mentioned that either it happens due to dry skin or sudden hormonal changes especially after childbirth or during pregnancy. But neither of it applies to me as I never had been pregnant and don’t have much dry skin. Yeah, I have primary hypothyroid and insulin resistance. But this problem of acne on forearms is since last four years. They happens especially during season change twice or thrice in a year and after sometimes disappear. But two years ago I had acne on arms for continuous one year but after that it disappeared but it remains for minimum four to five months and it itches too and look bad I can’t wear sleeveless. I know (stupid me) i popped a zit, maybe a month or so ago, it was there for a few weeks and wouldn’t go away, (i washed my face twice a day and put “benzac” which is just a water base gel, cream thing with 5% benzoyl peroxide) anyhoo it wouldn’t go away so i popped, and it went away then came back, so i kept popping it until it didnt come back again, finally in went a way, however it left a red dot on m face, its flat but just red, its been there for a while and wont go away, its really annoying,will it ever go away if i leave it alone? or what can i use to make it go away soon, thanks
